Companies and clients can inform us of their staffing or project needs via the website. This may include the name and contact details of the contact person, company name, telephone number, email address, industry, field of activity, place of deployment, required number of workers, desired deployment period, professional requirements, and other information about the project.
The processing is carried out to handle the inquiry, to prepare a placement proposal, and to initiate or perform a possible business relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where there is no direct contract initiation, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Applications and Recruitment
When you register or apply with us via our website, by email, or by any other means, we process your data for the purpose of recruitment and to contact you regarding suitable positions or projects.
The following data may be processed:

7. Disclosure of Application Data to Potential Employers and Clients
As part of the recruitment service you have requested, your application, qualification, and contact data may be disclosed to companies that are potential employers or clients for your qualifications and desired field of activity.
Disclosure takes place only to the extent necessary for the specific placement and generally after prior consultation or notification. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Any further use or disclosure takes place only on the basis of separate consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or a legal authorization.
8. Candidate and Talent Pool
If you expressly consent, we may also store your application documents in a candidate and talent pool after completion of a specific placement inquiry in order to contact you for future suitable positions or projects.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is voluntary and may be revoked at any time with effect for the future by email to office@euro-staff-service.de. Without renewed consent, the data will generally be deleted from the talent pool no later than twelve months.
9. Retention Period for Application Data
Application data is stored only as long as necessary for processing the application, recruitment, fulfillment of contractual obligations, or the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If no placement or cooperation takes place and there is no consent for the talent pool, the data will generally be deleted within six months after completion of the placement process, unless there are legal retention obligations or legitimate reasons for longer storage.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Technically necessary cookies are used to ensure the basic functions, security, and correct display of the website.
